Zhejiang Sci-Tech University
Zhejiang Sci-Tech University (ZSTU) is a key provincial university in Zhejiang Province, originally founded in 1897 as the Zhejiang Sericulture School. As one of the birthplaces of modern textile education in China, ZSTU has built its core strength in Textile Science and Engineering, while also developing disciplines in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, and Art & Design. With two main campuses in Hangzhou—Xiasha and Linping—ZSTU operates three national-level research platforms and 18 provincial and ministerial-level key laboratories. The university maintains collaborative ties with over 100 institutions worldwide.
