Technology Transfer
Westlake University has developed an efficient mechanism for technology transfer. Its biomedical research achievements have led to multiple cooperation agreements with companies such as WuXi AppTec and Hengrui Medicine, with tumor immunotherapy-related patent transfers exceeding 300 million RMB. Nanotechnology in materials science is also advancing toward commercialization. A dedicated tech transfer fund supports the incubation of early-stage projects.
