Fostering Long-Term Collaboration through Shared Research Infrastructure and Innovation
We assist international partners in adapting and embedding their technologies within Chinese innovation ecosystems. Through pilot projects, joint ventures, and local R&D partnerships, we help international standards and solutions align with China’s regulations, market needs, and industry infrastructure. This empowers foreign technologies to scale effectively in China and supports Chinese ecosystems in building capacity for future global collaboration.
In accordance with the spirit of the Administrative Measures for the Evaluation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Projects in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, and based on the comprehensive evaluation results by the expert panel, the list of projects that have passed the evaluation for the second batch of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Projects in Yuhang District for the year 2025 is hereby made public.
In recent years, automotive technology has been evolving rapidly toward “electrification, connectivity, intelligence, and sharing,” placing higher demands on technically skilled talent. In response to industrial transformation and regional economic needs, Shenzhen Polytechnic and BYD Co., Ltd. have jointly established the BYD Specialized Industry Academy. This initiative creates a new ecosystem for training skilled professionals in new energy vehicles, characterized by “four co-integration, progressive tiers, and standards-driven,” and serves as a practical model for deeply integrating education and industry training of technical talents.
In the wave of global digital transformation, how can we cultivate truly application-oriented talent that aligns with industry needs? Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) leverages its 15th Five-Year Plan to guide development, focusing on industry-driven demand, talent cultivation, and technological innovation. In November 2024, SZTU launched the “In-Depth Industry-Education Alignment Research Program” to strengthen the “Thorough Research, Genuine Implementation” mechanism.
In the technological innovation landscape of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, universities in Shenzhen are pioneering unique educational models to create a precise and efficient talent pipeline tailored to private enterprises. This seamless connection—from the classroom to the production line—is setting new benchmarks in talent development.
To innovate the training model for modern intelligent manufacturing talent and meet the development needs of new quality productivity in the Hetao Shenzhen–Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen Pengcheng Technician College and INOVANCE Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement on April 17, 2024 to jointly establish a Smart Manufacturing Specialty Industry Academy. This marks the first such academy jointly built by INOVANCE and a college in China.
The 2025 Bionic Robotics and Bionic Intelligence Conference recently opened in Changping Future Science City, marking several major milestones in the field of bionics.
